At Training For Electricians Ltd, the safety and wellbeing of all our learners is our top priority. We are fully committed to creating a secure, supportive, and inclusive environment where every individual—especially young people aged 16–18—feels safe, respected, and valued.

We take our safeguarding responsibilities seriously and have robust policies and procedures in place to protect all learners from harm, abuse, and exploitation. All staff, trainers, and associates are fully trained in safeguarding practices and understand their duty of care to promote the welfare of every student.

• Ensuring all staff are DBS-checked and regularly trained in safeguarding and child protection.
• Providing clear channels for reporting concerns confidentially.
• Working closely with staff and external safeguarding bodies to support learners at risk.
• Promoting a culture of openness, respect, and zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, or discrimination.
