My mission is built on real experience. I know what it’s like to face barriers, to feel overlooked, and to fight for a second chance. That’s why I founded Training for Electricians to offer the support, structure, and belief I once needed myself.
Through hands-on learning, real-world site setups, and theory that actually makes sense, our students grow from uncertainty to confidence — from potential to employment.

Safeguarding Lead & Business Operations
Heidi plays a vital role in the day-to-day running of the centre, overseeing operations, learner support, and safeguarding. As Operations Manager, she ensures the centre runs smoothly, supporting both staff and students with organisation, scheduling, and compliance.
Heidi is known for her calm, approachable manner and her strong commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and structured environment for all learners.
